Trochu som si upravila suroviny a dekor\u00e1ciu a skvel\u00e1 torta je na svete.<br \/>\nTento korpus m\u00f4\u017eete pou\u017ei\u0165 aj na pr\u00edpravu ovocn\u00fdch kol\u00e1\u010dov.<br \/>\nPiekla som v klasickej forme, ale ak chcete\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161iu tortu zvo\u013ete priemer 20 cm resp. 24 cm. R\u00faru rozohrejte na 180\u00b0C.<br \/>\nV mise vy\u0161\u013eahajte cukor, vanilkov\u00fd extrakt so zm\u00e4knut\u00fdm maslom do peny a postupne prid\u00e1vajte \u017e\u013atky a na z\u00e1ver rum.<br \/>\nVznikne v\u00e1m jemn\u00e1, na\u0161\u013eahan\u00e1 hmota, do ktorej varechou vmie\u0161ajte mlet\u00e9 mandle s pr\u00e1\u0161kom do pe\u010diva a str\u00fahan\u00fa \u010dokol\u00e1du.<br \/>\nPo \u010dastiach vmie\u0161ajte jemne tuh\u00fd sneh z bielkov a cesto prelo\u017ete do formy na pe\u010denie. Povrch cesta zarovnajte.<br \/>\nPe\u010dte pri 180 C cca. 35-40 min\u00fat. Vysk\u00fa\u0161ajte \u0161paj\u013eou, \u010di je korpus upe\u010den\u00fd.<br \/>\nUpe\u010den\u00fd korpus no\u017eom uvo\u013enite vo forme, nechajte ho pribli\u017ene 10 min\u00fat vychladn\u00fa\u0165 a odstr\u00e1\u0148te formu. Prelo\u017ete korpus na mrie\u017eku.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Pr\u00edprava kr\u00e9mu:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nMascarpone, tvaroh a vaje\u010dn\u00fd lik\u00e9r metli\u010dkou vy\u0161\u013eahajte do jemnej peny.<br \/>\nVychladnut\u00fd korpus prere\u017ete na dve \u010dasti, na spodn\u00fa \u010das\u0165 rozotrite trochu kr\u00e9mu, prilo\u017ete vrchn\u00fd diel a aj ten natrite\u00a0kr\u00e9mom.<br \/>\nBoky torty som nechala vo\u013en\u00e9 ( tak ako sa robia tzv. nah\u00e9 torty). Z kr\u00e9mu urobte po celom obvode ozdobn\u00fd\u00a0okraj a nechajte ju vychladi\u0165 aspo\u0148 jednu hodinu.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Poleva:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nAgar rozmie\u0161ajte v 1 decilitri vody a dajte ho vari\u0165 cca. 2 min\u00faty. Zmes prelejte do misky, p\u00e1r min\u00fat mie\u0161ajte a pomaly prilejte za st\u00e1leho mie\u0161ania vaje\u010dn\u00fd lik\u00e9r.
