N\u00e1dobu dom zakryla f\u00f3liou a nechala som ju na parapete\u00a05 hod\u00edn &#8222;pracova\u0165&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Pr\u00edprava cesta:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em>Ak chcete pou\u017ei\u0165 do cesta hrozienka, alebo brusnice namo\u010dte si ich do dvoch ly\u017e\u00edc rumu.<br \/>\nRoztopte \u00a0si 100 g masla a nastr\u00fahajte si k\u00f4ru z jedn\u00e9ho citr\u00f3na.<br \/>\n<em><strong>V mise zmie\u0161ajte:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g tapiokov\u00e9ho \u0161krobu<\/li>\n<li>50 g ry\u017eovej m\u00faky<\/li>\n<li>70 g poh\u00e1nkovej m\u00faky<\/li>\n<li>1 polievkov\u00fa ly\u017eicu psyllia<\/li>\n<li>\u0161tipku soli<\/li>\n<li>100 g trstinov\u00e9ho cukru.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Do suchej zmesi pridajte 200 g pripraven\u00e9ho rozkvasu, jeden \u017e\u013atok, nastr\u00fahan\u00fa k\u00f4ru z citr\u00f3na\u00a0a pridajte vla\u017en\u00e9 roztopen\u00e9 maslo spolu s 50 ml vla\u017en\u00e9ho mlieka. V\u0161etko dobre premie\u0161ajte.Ak je cesto ve\u013emi hust\u00e9 pridajte\u00a0e\u0161te opatrne trochu mlieka (ja som nemusela).<br \/>\nCesto dajte na pracovn\u00fa podlo\u017eku a pridajte k nemu namo\u010den\u00e9 brusnice s rumom\u00a0a prekladan\u00edm vyformujte do tvaru bochn\u00edka.<br \/>\nP\u00f4soben\u00edm psyllia cesto postupne zhutnie a bude sa da\u0165 dobre tvarova\u0165.<br \/>\nPodsypte si pr\u00edpadne pracovn\u00fa plochu trochou ry\u017eovej m\u00faky.<br \/>\nVytvarovan\u00fd bochn\u00edk vlo\u017ete do o\u0161atky, ktor\u00fa ste predt\u00fdm\u00a0dobre vysypali m\u00fakou (ry\u017eovou, alebo poh\u00e1nkovou).<br \/>\nV o\u0161atke nechajte kysn\u00fa\u0165 5-6 hod\u00edn. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na teplote v miestnosti.<br \/>\nCesto m\u00f4\u017eete vlo\u017ei\u0165 do r\u00fary, kde zapnete svetlo.<br \/>\nR\u00faru rozp\u00e1\u013ete spolu s plechom na pe\u010denie na 230\u00b0C.<br \/>\nBochn\u00edk vyklopte na pe\u010diaci papier. Papier si polo\u017ete na dreven\u00fd lop\u00e1rik. Mazanec natrite roz\u0161\u013eahan\u00fdm vaj\u00ed\u010dkom a posypte\u00a0pl\u00e1tkami mandl\u00ed.
